Question: How long does data migration take and how much does it cost?

Ans: The length and price of a data migration does depend on the volume and complexity of your data. Which is why an experienced member of our dedicated Equinox integration team will be in contact to work with you to assess your organisations data to give you a fair and accurate timeframe and quotation for the complete migration of your data as soon as possible.

Question: Can I experiment with my own data before subscribing?

Ans: When you are set-up with an Equinox trial you are presented with a dummy set of data which you can manipulate and use in any way you would like to really get to grips with how the system would benefit your business. For a more tailored experience our integration team would be happy to import a sample set of your data for you to use in a similar fashion, here at Equinox we want to make sure you are making the best decision for your organisation.

Question: Can you import my data from other systems?

Ans: Our Equinox integration team are experienced integrating data into Equinox from all major IP case management systems. We have handled many different data formats from spreadsheets to large SQL data files, if your data is in an electronic format we are confident we can import this into Equinox.

Question: When is the best time to train the team on the system before going live?

Ans: We do believe the best time to train your team is a week before the date you go live. However, we are completely flexible and are more than happy to train your team whenever best suits you. This can be completed in person or over an online medium.

Question: What if I need extra training on using the system?

Ans: We understand that after going live you may require a refresher on how to make the system a success. Equinox refresher courses are designed to guide you through system updates, new functionality and to serve as a reminder of some of the functionality you may be missing. Our aim is to ensure you get the most from your subscription.

Question: Can I add more user licenses at any point?

Ans: You are certainly able to add additional user licences, please just contact a member of the team at support@workanyware.co.uk with the full name and email address of the user you would like to add.

Question: My clients want access to the system, how do I set this up?

Ans: We have a dedicated client access portal which is the perfect environment for your clients to see an overview of their portfolio and even generate their own custom reports.
