We then use the details you send us to set you up access to a free trial system. This is for you only and is entirely confidential. It has a basic set up and a few sample cases so you can have a meaningful experiment. We can give access to Equinox for evaluation purposes to you and as many of your colleagues as you require.

02. Demonstration and Explanation

We like to visit all new enquirers because a face-to-face session is undoubtedly the best way to see how Equinox works and understand the full range of its features. The IP profession is well spread out geographically and we are used to travelling to see new people.

However if you prefer, an on-line session (by Skype or any other suitable method) can be arranged to provide a remote demonstration. We can share screens to give you a clear picture of Equinox and talk through all of the features.

03. Decision

At this point you will make your strategic decision about case management.

We offer full support when presenting your decision to your firm's senior management and are always very happy to work closely with your IT team and any other relevant departments to ensure Equinox is implemented efficiently and effectively within your organisation.

04. Implementation

Our team will work with you to ensure that the system is setup exactly as you want it. We make every effort to understand your internal procedures and use this to create the version of Equinox that meets your needs.

Our technical team will work closely with you and your IT department to ensure that the take-on of existing and historic data is transferred on to Equinox accurately.

The actual changeover date is agreed some weeks in advance to ensure that the any data conversion is effectively managed and that all potential users are trained in the use of Equinox. We will organise face-to-face training for all those likely to use Equinox, and this is at no additional cost to you.

In the intervening period it can be very effective to clean-up the data on the legacy system - we can advise on this.

05. Ongoing Support

We pride ourselves on the personal support we offer. We are always available to answer queries, to give help and receive suggestions. The support team is the same as the team developing Equinox, they really know what they are doing and can provide timely help.

Equinox is constantly being improved, often from suggestions received from IP professionals. These modifications and updates are automatically available to you - you need do nothing to receive them and all costs are included in the subscription cost.
